Why My Symptoms Improved the Moment I Left the House
The change wasn’t instant healing — it was a signal I couldn’t ignore.
I didn’t leave the house expecting relief. I left because I needed air, space, anything different from the heaviness I felt inside.
But somewhere between the front door and the end of the driveway, my body shifted in a way I hadn’t felt in days.
“Nothing happened — and yet everything softened.”
That quiet easing confused me more than the symptoms themselves.
This wasn’t about escape — it was about my body responding to a change it recognized as safer.
Why the relief felt subtle but real
My symptoms didn’t vanish. They loosened their grip.
