After returning home, I expected improvement to look consistent.
I assumed each day would feel a little better than the one before.
Instead, my experience moved back and forth — steadier one day, unsettled the next.
I kept trying to figure out which days counted.
This didn’t mean something was wrong — it meant my body was adjusting in layers.
Why fluctuation is part of re-entry
