For a long time, the stop-and-start nature of my symptoms made me question everything. What I eventually learned was that inconsistency wasn’t a flaw in the story — it was part of how indoor exposure shows itself.

Once I realized something was wrong, I thought speed would protect me. Instead, moving too fast added pressure my body couldn’t absorb — and quietly made everything harder.

I spent a long time assuming anxiety explained everything I was feeling. What eventually helped was noticing where that explanation fit — and where it quietly fell apart.
