I thought documenting everything would make me feel safer. Instead, it slowly exhausted me. I learned that constant documentation can become its own source of strain when you’re living inside an unresolved situation.

The inspection came back clean. On paper, everything was fine. But my body kept reacting — quietly, consistently — in ways no checklist seemed designed to catch.
