What confused me wasn’t that triggers existed — it was that they didn’t bother me in the beginning. The delay made me doubt the connection, until I understood how timing and accumulation quietly shape awareness.

I didn’t stop noticing what my body felt. I stopped letting noticing become the main event. Living normally didn’t mean ignoring sensitivity — it meant letting awareness exist alongside life instead of replacing it.
