Decision fatigue didn’t feel like indecision or stress. It felt quieter than that — like each choice asked more from me than it used to, even when the decisions themselves were simple.

I thought ERMI would tell me what I was breathing right now. What I learned was that it was answering a different question — one I hadn’t realized I was asking.
