Calm Guidance

Airflow was never something I noticed directly. I noticed it through contrast — through how different my body felt in rooms where air seemed to move versus rooms where it didn’t.

I wasn’t clenched or in pain — I was braced. Indoors, my body carried tension quietly, like it never fully trusted the moment to soften.

Ventilation wasn’t something I thought about until I felt the difference it made. Not dramatically — quietly, through how my body settled when air finally had a way to move.
