Calm Guidance

I believed that passing inspection meant the problem was resolved for good. What I didn’t understand yet was how hidden conditions, delayed moisture, or subtle disturbances can reveal themselves long after remediation seems complete.

I kept doubting myself, wondering if my fatigue, brain fog, or irritability were “just me.” What finally helped was learning to connect patterns in my body to the spaces I occupied, without forcing immediate conclusions.
