When healing stops being the main project.
For a long time, recovery was the center of my day.
What I noticed. What I tracked. What I planned around.
Even as I improved, it stayed front and center.

This didn’t mean I was stuck — it meant healing still needed my attention.
Why Recovery Becomes an Identity for a While
