The Overlooked Role of Indoor Air in Long-Term Fatigue
When exhaustion isn’t about doing too much, but recovering too little.
For a long time, I blamed myself for my fatigue. I assumed I was overworked, under-rested, or not managing stress well enough.
I tried sleeping more. Slowing down. Doing less.
And yet, the fatigue stayed — quiet, constant, and unresolved.
