Why My Symptoms Appeared Only After Sitting Down for Long Periods
The change didn’t happen while I was active — it happened when I finally stopped.
For a long time, I thought symptoms would show up during activity.
If something in the air was bothering me, I assumed I would feel it right away.
Instead, the pattern was quieter. I felt okay moving around, then noticeably different once I sat still.
It wasn’t motion that triggered the shift — it was the absence of it.
This delay confused me until I started paying attention to timing instead of intensity.
