Why Re-Introducing Items Slowly Matters More Than Getting It Right
When patience becomes the difference between clarity and overwhelm.
After leaving a moldy environment, I wanted resolution.
I wanted my belongings back in place, my space finished, the chapter closed.
What I didn’t expect was how much pressure that urgency put on my body.

This didn’t mean I was doing something wrong — it meant my nervous system hadn’t caught up yet.
Why Urgency Often Comes From Fear, Not Readiness
Re-introducing items slowly felt uncomfortable at first.
Part of me worried that waiting meant avoidance or indecision.
